Terms of Service

By downloading, accessing, or using the Live Trading Signals application (the “Service”, the “App”), operated by Live Trading Signals (“the Company”, “We”, “Us”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

Live Trading Signals is an informational trading-companion application. Through the Service you may:

• View live cryptocurrency trading signals and market data sourced via the Bybit API;
• View Forex and metals signals and real-time pricing sourced via Deriv WebSocket;
• Use the Risk Calculator and Crypto Calculator to model account balance, risk percentage, stop loss, entry price, lot size, and pips based on figures you enter;
• Set custom Price Alerts that trigger push or in-app notifications when your target prices are reached;
• Interact with an AI-powered assistant built on the Gemini API for trading-related questions; and
• Participate in the Market Feed, a community space for posting comments and likes.

The features available to you may change as the Service is developed, and We may add, modify, or discontinue features at Our discretion.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to create an account or use the Service. The Service is not directed at, and We do not knowingly collect data from, anyone under 13.

Accounts are created and managed through Firebase Authentication using Google sign-in or email and password. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with the trading, financial, and consumer-protection laws that apply to you locally — particularly if you access the Service from a jurisdiction where Forex, cryptocurrency, or binary options trading is restricted or prohibited.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify Us immediately at info@inehub.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We are not liable for losses arising from a compromised account caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.

Every signal, chart, calculator output, price alert, and AI response provided through the Service is for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

The Risk Calculator and Crypto Calculator estimate position parameters purely from the figures you supply; they do not account for slippage, spread changes, liquidity, or broker-specific execution, and all calculations are performed locally on your device — We do not store or harvest the figures you enter.

Past performance of any signal or strategy is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for evaluating your own risk appetite and for any trading decision you make.

The in-app AI assistant is powered by Google’s Gemini API. Your text and voice queries are sent to Gemini for processing in order to generate a response.

AI-generated responses may be incomplete, outdated, or factually incorrect, and must never be treated as personalised financial advice or as a substitute for independent research or a licensed advisor. You can clear your AI chat history at any time from the AI page within the App.

Comments, likes, and other content you post to the Market Feed are visible publicly to other users under your chosen profile identity. By posting, you grant Us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute that content within the Service.

You must not post content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, market-manipulative, or that promotes a specific security, token, or scheme for personal financial gain without disclosure. We may remove content or suspend posting privileges at Our discretion where We reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

To operate the Service We rely on third-party infrastructure, including:

• Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore & Functions) for accounts, data storage, and background alert processing;
• Bybit API for cryptocurrency signals and market data;
• Deriv WebSocket for Forex and metals signals and pricing; and
• OneSignal for push notifications, in-app messages, and email.

These providers process data under their own terms, and We do not control, and are not responsible for, interruptions, inaccuracies, or delays originating from their systems. Live prices and signals may lag real market conditions and should be verified with your own broker or exchange before use.

The Service contains affiliate links to third-party brokers and cryptocurrency exchanges. If you register or trade through one of these links, We may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Any exchange or broker We feature or recommend reflects Our own analysis and commercial relationships, not a personalised recommendation for you — you should complete your own due diligence, including reviewing that third party’s own terms and risk disclosures, before registering or depositing funds.

All content, trade names, logos, algorithms, interface design, and features within the Live Trading Signals application and website are the exclusive property of the Company and are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the Service without Our prior written consent.

When using the Service, you must not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or activity;
• Distribute malicious software or attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service;
• Scrape or extract signals, prices, or Market Feed content through automated means;
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity;
• Attempt to circumvent authentication, rate limits, or access controls; or
• Use the AI assistant to generate content that would itself violate these Terms.

By using the Service you consent to receive push notifications, in-app messages, and emails from Us — delivered via Firebase and OneSignal — for price-alert triggers, account and security updates, and service announcements. Alerts are delivered as background push notifications when the App is closed and as local notifications when the App is open. You can manage or disable notification categories from your device settings and within the App.

You have the right to delete your account and the personal data We hold about you at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, if We detect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that risks harm to Us, other users, or the integrity of the Market Feed. You may stop using the Service, and delete your account, at any time as described above.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company and its developers are not liable for any financial losses, trading losses, damages, or profit reductions arising directly or indirectly from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, its signals, calculators, alerts, AI responses, or any linked third-party site.

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company, its affiliates, and its developers harmless from any claim, loss, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Service, your Market Feed content, or your breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation via info@inehub.com; unresolved disputes fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect new features, legal requirements, or changes to Our third-party providers. Material changes will be indicated by an updated “Last Updated” date at the top of this page, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force, and these Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Service.
