How to Request Account & Data Deletion

To initiate the deletion process, you must complete the following steps:

Open your email client and compose a new message to spnskapps@gmail.com.
Set the email subject line to exactly: "Account Deletion Request".
In the body of the email, clearly provide your Full Name and the Registered Email Address associated with your Live Trading Signals account.

Upon receiving and verifying your request, the following data types will be completely and permanently purged from our database systems:

Personal Profile Information: Your full name, email address, and authentication credentials.
App Activity & History: All application usage logs, historical interaction data, and tracking metrics.
Custom Settings: All personalized workspace configurations, notification rules, and asset preferences.

We strictly adhere to a user-first zero-retention model once a deletion is authorized:

No Data Retained: We do NOT retain, backup, or archive any of your personal data or operational parameters post-deletion.
Irreversible Action: Once the system removes your credentials, the action is entirely final and cannot be recovered.

All verified account deletion sequences are processed and completed within 7 working days from the initial timestamp of your email transmission.
