Interpretation

The words whose initial letters are capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

• Service refers to the Application.
• Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company. It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service or to assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used.
• Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).
• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.

Usage Data may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

When You access the Service by or through a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile device's unique ID, the IP address of Your mobile device, Your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser You use, unique device identifiers (such as push notification tokens) and other diagnostic data.

Third-Party Services and APIs

Our Service utilizes several third-party APIs and services to function optimally. By using our Application, you acknowledge that your data may be processed by the following services:

• Firebase Authentication & Functions: We use Firebase to manage user accounts, login (via Google or Email/Password), store user profile information, and handle background processing required to trigger Price Alerts when the app is closed.
• Gemini API (AI Bot): Our AI assistant processes your text and voice queries to provide trading information. The chat messages and prompts are sent to Gemini API for processing. Users have the ability to delete their AI chat history.
• Bybit API: Used to fetch and provide cryptocurrency trading signals, live market data, chart visualizations, and real-time prices for the Crypto Calculator and Price Alert features.
• Deriv WebSocket: Used to fetch and provide Forex and metals trading signals, live market data, and real-time asset prices for calculations and price alerts.
• OneSignal: We use OneSignal to send push notifications, in-app messages, and emails regarding application updates, price alert notifications, and other important communications.

Affiliate Links and Financial Disclaimers

• Affiliate Links: Our Service contains affiliate links to third-party brokers and cryptocurrency exchanges. If you click on these links and register or make a trade, We may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. We recommend the best exchanges based on our analysis and provide our affiliate link for registration.
• Not Financial Advice: All content, trading signals, calculator outputs (from the Risk Calculator and Crypto Calculator), price alerts, and AI responses provided by the Service are for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice.
• Risk Warning: Trading Forex, Cryptocurrencies, and Metals involves a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. The calculators provided within the app are tools to estimate risk parameters based on user inputs, but we do not guarantee market outcomes. You should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite before making any financial decisions.

Use of Your Personal Data

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain our Service, including to monitor the usage of our Service, power our AI chat functionality, and update live trading charts.
• To manage Your Account: to manage Your registration as a user of the Service using Firebase. The Personal Data You provide can give You access to different functionalities of the Service that are available to You as a registered user.
• To process Calculators (Risk & Crypto): To process calculations (such as account balance, risk percentage, stop loss, entry price, lot size, and pips) in real-time. These calculations are processed locally on your device and are not stored or harvested on our servers.
• To deliver Price Alerts: To monitor market prices against your custom configurations and send you automated push notifications (via Firebase/OneSignal when the app is closed) or local notifications (when the app is actively open).
• To contact You: To contact You by email, telegram, or push notifications and in-app messages (powered by OneSignal) regarding updates, price alert triggers, or informative communications related to the functionalities or security updates.
• To manage Your Requests: To attend and manage Your inquiries via our Contact Us section.

Security of Your Personal Data

The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While We strive to use commercially reasonable means to protect Your Personal Data, We cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13 (due to the financial and trading nature of the content). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under this age limit, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers.

Our Service may contain links to other websites that are not operated by Us (including affiliate broker links). If You click on a third party link, You will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise You to review the Privacy Policy of every site You visit.
